The most important meal of the day
I know only all too well how hard it is to stay on track with healthy eating.....I find if I plan my meals ahead I’m less likely to stray too far. Here’s some of my go to breakfasts for during the week when I don’t have too much time to experiment in the kitchen......Enjoy.  Oats with fresh berries.  Oats with peanut butter and banana.  Smashed avo on toast with basil.  Greek yoghurt, drizzle of honey and berries.  Breakfast protein shake.  Boiled egg and salmon
