BACK TO BASICS

With silly season upon us and no doubt plenty of Christmas nights out planned, it’s so easy to pick up the pounds and let our healthy eating go out the window. 
From tomorrow, I’m going to do my absolute best to bring my lunches and snacks into work- saves me time, money and temptation! 
My go to is always chicken with some Nando’s sauce, broccoli and sweet potato. I cook it up in batches, enough to last me a few days. It’s all about the preparation people. Don’t lose focus. Well not until your evening out at least!
